The 7440 is the next generation in top-load berry harvesters designed to handle high fruit volume while still delivering high-quality fruit. The flexible Oxbo 7440 can harvest many crops, including blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. The 7440 gives growers the most choice in customization with the Orbirotor, Dynarotor and DynarotorPlus picking systems and fully configurable upper and lower cleaning and fruit handling options.

Oxbo’s top load berry harvesters were designed  for easy  operation. The multi-lingual 7-inch color monitor with simple icons gives the operator full visibility and control of all harvester settings.  The total control joystick and optional switch control panel put all controls in easy reach. AutoSteer and Cruise Control make it   easy to operate from the first day in the seat. 

The 7440 top load harvester positions the operator with full, centered visibility from the operator’s seat.  

An optional multi-camera system delivers additional visibility around the harvester.  

In addition to the standard light package, additional LED lights for night harvesting are also available. 

Knife edge fan located where the fruit transitions into the bucket line effectively removes debris. The Push-Pull cleaning system on inspection belts effectively remove debris from fruit. The fluid bed fan floats the fruit while the suction fan pulls leaves and green out of the fruit stream. 

The aggressive horizontal shaking action of the Dynarotor with its 3/8-inch poly-coated fiberglass rods can be easily adjusted during the season. The DynarotorPlus features longer rods and heavier weights, allowing for more adjustment to pick all the ripe fruit.  

The patented Oxbo Orbirotor system has set the standard in selective berry harvesting for decades. The orbital shaking action utilizes a5/8-inch acetyl rod to achieve the most selective fruit shaking action on the market. Can be utilized in both raspberry and blueberry harvesting.    

AutoFill is an innovative, integrated technology, designed to reduce labor costs by up to 75% while increasing harvest efficiency. Building on the foundation of Oxbo’s EvenFill technology, AutoFill has proven to reduce on-machine labor in low, medium and high tonnage crops and delivers uniform lug weights for improved throughput at the packhouse.
